Healthy Children:
The purpose of the Student Health Services Program is to help each student attend school in optimum health and to benefit from the school experience. Each school has a nurse on staff.
Some of the reasons students are sent home:
- Temperature of 100 or above
- Rash of undetermined origin Vomiting or diarrhea
- Signs of pink eye
- Head lice (the district has a no-nit policy
